I Corinthians 1:4-7 – I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that has been given you in Christ Jesus, for in every way you have been enriched in him, in speech and knowledge of every kind—just as the testimony of Christ has been strengthened among you—so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ. (NRSV)

Hello, my friends!  It is good to be back!  And part of what is wonderful about it is seeing again and again how ably and faithfully so many people pitched in to make Church happen while I was off.  Thanks to our preachers and worship leaders: Renee Bridwell, Steve, Bridwell, Marianna Kirwan, Gary Wilhite, and Tesa Hauser!  Thanks to Karen Cliffe, who covered so many little details and major communication and care responsibilities so well!  Thanks to our staff, who held things together!  And thanks to so many others who did all the other little things that needed doing!

I hope you enjoyed watching the pollinator garden emerge over these past few weeks.  It was so lovely to come back and see it basically done.  Now we just wait on God to bring those beautiful plants up from the soil!  I’m excited to help plan our ribbon-cutting party on April 18.  Thanks to everyone who helped facilitate this amazing project!

I am looking forward to catching up with each and every one of you over the next few weeks, as we move toward Easter!  Please make sure to connect with me and let me know what’s been going on in your life lately.  Maybe you’d like to join me on the corner at the Farmers Market while we spread Hope to our community over the next couple Fridays?  It’s a great chance to hang out and connect, while spreading the word about our wonderful congregation!
